Deep ruby red in colour with violet hues. Fruit-forward, with fresh aromas of red and black berries, firm tannins and plummy spicy flavours on the palate. Vinification: De-stalking and cold maceration of skins for two days.
Fermentation with frequent pumping over and pressing, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains on its lees for at least five months prior to release.
