The name “dai vej” translates to “the old (people)” . The wine is called that to pay homage to their ancestors.

Crystal clear, with pale yellow color; fruity nose with notes of exotic fruits and crunchy red apple. Hints of floral notes. In the mouth it has a fresh acidity with similar notes to the nose
