Mother Root, Ginger Switchel
Mother Root was born in Bethan’s kitchen in Peckham.
Her ginger switchel is an intensely concentrated, ginger-flavoured drink. Unlike many other non-alcoholic products, there is no water in this switchel, only perfectly blended organic apple cider vinegar, blossom honey and fresh ginger juice as well as ginger extract.
A touch of chilli gives a warming kick that helps make up for the lack of alcohol.
 
Mother Root Ginger Switchel offers an unusual twist to both non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails.
 
It is delicious mixed withsparkling water for a refreshing and reviving drink, or simply enjoyed neat with ice.
