After a cold maceration of 5 days at 10oC, fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts taking about 7 days. The wine is aged in concrete tanks for a few weeks before bottling to preserve freshness and purity of this expression.Fresh and aromatic nose with notes of violet, wild berries. Concentrated yet very soft palate with blueberry & blackberry aromas. A delicate structure with velvety tannins and a long and harmonious finish.
