Don Carlos Putruele, son of Italian immigrants, settled in San Juan de la Frontera in the 1950s, dedicating himself to viticulture. Already with his own production, he founded the winery in 1958 in the Tulum Valley; with constant growth in the production of grapes and wines.
At the end of the 80s, the reconversion of vineyards and the incorporation of technology for the production of Superior Quality wines began.
Today the Putruele family continues the work of growth, constantly improving in pursuit of excellence, promoting exports and developing high-end products.
 
It rests for six months in contact with oak staves. After bottling, it remains in storage for a year. Robust, with varietal expression, long in the mouth, with notes of vanilla and coconut given by the American oak.
Very fruity with aromas of ripe black plum, red forest fruits (cherry, cranberry), soft accompaniment provided by its aging in oak, which provided aromas of spices, coconut, vanilla. The floral notes are given by the presence of violets.
